Good Portfolio Management is key to any all organizations and companies.
In consequence, the popularity and demand for the PfMP® certification is starting to increase.
In this Training Program you will get to learn the Portfolio Management practices, principles and frameworks with real case studies, with the goal to do well on the PfMP® certification exam.
With this knowledge you be able to implement Organizational strategies & deliver business objectives, to better run Successful Portfolios in Diverse Situations.
After the training you will:

* Understand the structure and requirements of the PMI’s PfMP® certification exam Version 3 and ECO.
* Recognize typical exam questions helping you to pick the best answer in each case
* Know how to prepare yourself in the best way to pass the certification exam
* Know specific techniques and exercises to develop your understanding of the many subjects and how they interact
* (Optional): If you also join Step 2-4 you will be fully prepared to do well on the exam

Optional (Step 2-4) – Support from the trainer:
- PfMP Application support (12 hours): application writing/review, audit and panel review support.
- Exam Prep session (4-8 hours): Revision of Key Concepts & Q&A Session. Ongoing interaction/collaboration over exclusive WhatsApp group with trainer & certified PfMP's
- IFinal Exam Strategies & Individual Gap Assessment (2-4 Hours)
