We are now looking for Project Managers for the United States

Greenlight Project Management is now looking for a number of Senior Project Managers with  Telecom experience for our North American market. We expect that you have at least 4-5 years experience in managing network roll-out, upgrade/modernization projects for Radio Access and Core Networks or System Integration projects.

You must hold at least a relevant undergraduate degree and and have strong written and spoken English communication skills. You will be required to travel within the country.

The contract period for our various vacant positions is 6 to 12 months, with the possibility for extension. The contract starting date will be October-December 2012, depending on the project assigned to you. Experience from working or studying in the United States will be an advantage.

We are now looking for a Service Manager to Sweden

Service Manager

On behalf of our client who is a leading Global Telecom Operator, Greenlight PM are now looking  for a Service Manager to be based in Sweden and the main tasks are the following;

• -Guarantee that customer service requirements are meet during ongoing operations.
• -Ensure customer satisfaction globally, supervising of services delivered to the customer.
• -Validate alignment between the operator and third party operators regarding service committments at pre-sales phase.
• -Ensure agreed SLAs achievements across the services life cycle.
• -Propose and coordinate medium and long term actions that will improve customer service levels.

We expect that you have at least 4-5 years experience in a similar role from the Telecom or from the IT services sector.

You must hold at least a relevant undergraduate degree, preferably hold ITIL and PMP certifications,and have strong written and oral Swedish and English communication skills. Spanish language skills is a plus. You will be required to travel within the country and at times, in Europe.

This is a permament employment contract with a starting date in late February 2012.
