1. Project Management Office (PMO)

2. Project Portfolio Management We integrate the processes for management of the project portfolio to ensure that our customers are running the projects that provide the most value by selecting the ones that are best aligned with the business strategy. We help establish a governance structure of the project portfolio, adding methods to select, prioritize and manage the selection of projects that maximize the value for the business.	3. Project Management Maturity Analysis We use the  GreenlightPM Maturity Model as a basis for assessing the maturity in project management of our clients. Based on these results we help them design a realistic improvement plan, as a guide to achieve the appropriate maturity level.

4. Tools We provide support in the search, evaluation, selection and deployment of tools for project management. We cover; Portfolio Management, Project Management of individual projects, Knowledge Management, Configuration and Communications Management.	5. Project Mentoring We help our clients in managing large-scale projects and programs. We help them regain control of projects in trouble by analyzing the status, defining actions and helping to implement them. We help to detect deviations in our clients’ specific projects and to define actions to be taken to keep them under control.

6. Project Audits We help our customers with the continuous improvement in their project management. We use our own proprietary evaluation system to measure the management quality applied by project managers in the execution of their projects and we help identify weaknesses and promote best practices in the organization. A systematically conducted project audit allows us to evaluate the performance of project managers, compare them to each other, compare one project to another and, if carried out regularly, evaluate the evolution over time of project managers or of the entire Project Office.
