Kanban
What is Kanban?
Kanban helps to  improve the visibility and control of  services and projects. Kanban makes hidden work tasks visible and limits the amount of currently ongoing work, in such a way that:
  • New tasks are not started until the capacity to perform them is available
  • Results are delivered frequently, improving the cash-flow
This visual management approach makes hidden tasks visible and limits them, in such a way that new tasks are not undertaken until the capacity to process them is available.

It has been demonstrated that by using Kanban risk management and predictability is improved.

Kanban promotes the evolution of processes based on small changes to existing processes, achieving significant benefit with minimum resistance to the changes introduced.

In short, Kanban is a new approach to change.
