At Greenlight Project Management we are working on new solutions to help companies run their projects successfully. To this end we include workshops in our offering, where project management professionals can share the practices existing in their organization and explore ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their Project Management.
Main characteristics of the workshops:

• Sessions are kept short (max 1 day), each one concentrating on a specific area of Project Management
