In a continuously changing world soft skills are essential to any leader as key drivers for organizations. The global economy requires better leadership and interpersonal skills. The ability to lead teams, projects and individuals effectively in today´s business world is a key factor for an excellent performance and outcome.

You will increase your ability to lead and improve the projects efficiency by using tools related to the human perspective.


After the course you will:

Training methodology

We apply a training method based on ”learning by doing”. This means optimizing your learning by combining the trainer’s input with your own experience and active participation.

During the course, great effort will be spent on personal feedback, given in connection with the different exercises.

At the end of the course each participant will set up a personal action plan for their future work.

The Trainer

Feli Victorio is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the ICF with more than 1,200 experience hours. She is specialized in Human Skills and Leadership & Coaching. Feli has worked with world-leading organizations and has extensive experience in training, consulting, and coaching at a national and international level. She is certified by The Leadership Institute & OPP Organization approved to run the MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator) and a Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
