 The versatility of our methodology has enabled our experience to extend to a wide range of sectors. We are mainly active in the Telecommunications, Banking, Energy and Consulting sectors.
Similarly we have been able to extend our good practices within the Construction, Pharmaceuticals, Defense and Industry sectors.
The nature of our activities has led us to participate in very different types of projects, from small software development projects (5-10 people), up to big Turnkey projects for the deployment of entire telecommunications networks. All this in diverse environments including a variety of languages. Our main advantage is the ability to integrate all the necessary areas of Project Management in one Total Solution. |

| History |
 Greenlight Project Management was established in 2003, at the initiative of its founder and Managing Director, Rickard Romander, formerly holding a managerial position with the Ericsson group.
This Swedish group was precisely where the generic project model named PROPS was developed. A model used in thousands of projects around the world since 1989.
Consequently GreenlightPM is established as a company, being run as a project office, offering services and products to any organization working with projects or being managed by projects. |
